012. To Hell and Back

In this episode we focus on fortitude and courage which are key components of the warrior archetype. These elements are forged and strengthened by pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. Our special guest is no stranger to being outside his comfort zone, world renowned former ATF Special Agent Jay Dobyns has been to hell and back. He has lived amongst the most violent criminals this country has ever seen, the Hell's Angels. Jay achieved worldwide notoriety as one of history's most daring undercover operators during numerous high-octane missions targeting America's most violent criminals.

A defense attorney once described Jay as: "...a government-trained ‘Predator’ repeatedly sent on seek and destroy missions in search of drugs, guns and violence, with instructions to succeed at any cost and without regard for the agent himself or those he crosses paths with.”

Jay is a New York Times best selling author of "No Angel, My Harrowing Undercover Journey to the Inner Circle of the Hells Angels". His follow-up book - Catching Hell, A True Story of Abandonment and Betrayal - is a memoire that details the events of his life and career.

Our conversation goes deep into what it is to walk in the warrior's path, Jay opens up about how he bounced back from darkness and the dangers of going undercover. We get a clear understanding of courage and fortitude from a warrior's perspective.

Jay goes beyond being a tough guy, he has a huge heart and is a sought after keynote speaker throughout the globe. He remains humble and clear cut in his approach to life. His love for human kind and our country really shines when he speaks.

Don't miss this deep and touching conversation that will change the way you view life. There are many lessons learned here that can be implemented to your life immediately.
